After placing your order, and before we proceed to printing, we will send you an image of your design proof via email or WhatsApp. Our team at Noam Design will have carefully reviewed and refined your design to ensure it is perfect.

Reviewing the proof

Any minor changes based on your ‘special requests’ will be incorporated into the design. You can either leave additional comments for further adjustments or approve it for printing.

You are entitled to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Any further revisions will be subject to an extra fee.

Approval before print

To ensure everything is exactly as you want it, you must approve the final proof before we proceed with printing. This step ensures your satisfaction and the accuracy of your order.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has gone to print, no further changes can be made.

The package includes invitation design, a ready-to-print PDF file, a regular digital invitation (image for WhatsApp/Email/Social media), and of course, printed invitations with your chosen extras.

A regular digital invitation is a simulated image that displays how the invitation would look once printed, without actual printing.

The upgraded digital invitation includes an additional simulated transparent envelope and a simulated wax seal with your initials.

You can use the image for sending to your guests via WhatsApp or email, or for uploading to social media.

Possible changes include text amendments and updates to your details. Any other changes within custom design require an additional fee.

For international shipments, a minimum order of 50 invitations is required.

The price per unit decreases with higher print quantities.

A digital video requires printing (of at least 10 units). The video is not digitally simulated; it is filmed alongside printed invitations with a professional photography set-up.

The entire design, printing, and production process takes up to 30 business days. Adding extras (like a video) extends the delivery time by an additional up to 30 business days (total of up to 60 business days).
FedEx’s express shipping times vary by country and range from 2-14 business days, including full tracking. You will receive your tracking number once your order is shipped.

Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

e understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan, and you may need to postpone or even cancel your event. Since our products are entirely custom-made,we cannot issue refunds after the design proof period

If the event is canceled, we can provide you with a partial credit toward your next event on our site.

If the event is postponed after file approval but before printing, we can make changes to the date and location at no additional cost.

If you need more time to finalize the event details, we will hold your order in our ordering system without penalty until you confirm the final details before printing.
