The Design and Approval Process – How Does It Work?

We believe that every small detail matters when creating the perfect invitation for you. That’s why we’ve developed a structured process that ensures peace of mind and precise results:

Reviewing the proof

Any minor changes based on your ‘special requests’ will be incorporated into the design. You can either leave additional comments for further adjustments or approve it for printing.

You are entitled to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Any further revisions will be subject to an extra fee.

Approval before print

To ensure everything is exactly as you want it, you must approve the final proof before we proceed with printing. This step ensures your satisfaction and the accuracy of your order.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has gone to print, no further changes can be made.

The package includes invitation design, a ready-to-print PDF file, a digital invitation (image for WhatsApp/Email/Social media), and of course, printed invitations with your chosen extras.

Possible changes include text amendments and updates to your details. Any other changes within custom design require an additional fee.

For international shipments, a minimum order of 50 invitations is required.

The price per unit decreases with higher print quantities.

Our Videos Are Filmed with Real Printed Invitations, Not Computer Simulations

To create a high-quality, professional video of your invitations, we follow these steps:

  • Printing and Producing Your Invitations: We print and produce the invitations in the exact quantity you choose.
  • Professional Photo Session: A dedicated photo session is held to capture your printed invitations in their full beauty.
  • Advanced Video Editing: Using cutting-edge editing software, we craft a stunning video tailored to your invitations.

 

This means the video will always be delivered alongside the printed invitations we’ve filmed.

After the photo session, the invitations will be shipped to you free of charge directly to your home.

You’ll also receive a set of professional photos of your invitations, captured from multiple angles.

We understand the importance of receiving your invitations on time, so we’ve established generous timeline estimates (orders are typically completed well before these maximum times):

  • Standard Orders:

    Complete process including design, printing, and production: up to 30 business days.

  • Enhanced Orders:

    With premium additions (such as video / special features): up to 60 business days.

    Extra time ensures perfect execution of every detail.
  • Global Shipping via FedEx Express:

    Delivery times vary by destination: 2-14 business days.
    Full tracking provided – Tracking number sent immediately upon shipment.

Pro Tip:

While we typically deliver ahead of schedule, we recommend starting early to ensure your invitations arrive with plenty of time before your event, especially if you’re including special features.

Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.

we understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan, and you may need to postpone or even cancel your event. Since our products are entirely custom-made,we cannot issue refunds after the design proof period

If the event is canceled, we can provide you with a partial credit toward your next event on our site.

If the event is postponed after file approval but before printing, we can make changes to the date and location at no additional cost.

If you need more time to finalize the event details, we will hold your order in our ordering system without penalty until you confirm the final details before printing.
